Exercise has been a life long journey with 30+ years experience in competitive sports, including playing rugby abroad well into my 40’s and having my last boxing fight at 44.

I have trained a broad range of clientele of various age groups in strength & conditioning, functional fitness, HIIT, boxing, active stretch, cardio, core connection, circuit, and recovery sessions.

As a Personal Trainer my focus is to support individuals and groups by improving their strength, endurance, and mobility.

    Strength training that focuses on overall physical capabilities and coordination by gaining strength, balance, agility and core stability

  • STRENGTH TRAINING

    Targeting specific muscle groups to develop strength and muscle growth. Along with other benefits including improved bone density and increased metabolism.

  • KUNAQUA

    Combining the elements of tai chi, karate and yoga in a water based environment to improve balance, strength, and mental clarity while reducing joint stress.

  • ACTIVE RECOVERY

    Promoting muscle repair and reducing soreness by increasing blood flow and circulation which is beneficial for flexibility, mobility and injury prevention.
